Is my assessment confidential?
Yes. When you take an assessment on your own, your results are private and shared only with you. When you take it as part of a team or organization, your individual results are shared only with your TMH coach. Team leaders and organizations see team-level results only, with no names or individual scores.
How long does each take?
TMH: ~15–20 minutes. VS: ~25–30 minutes.
Do I need a coach?
No. Both reports are self-guided. Coaching deepens the experience significantly.

What makes the VS different from DISC or Enneagram?
